Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Yummy, homemade cookies are my weakness. I admit it. I’m a cookie monster. Last night, while Chicagoland was getting hammered with nearly a foot of snow, I decided to bake some cookies. My favorite cookie is oatmeal raisin, but my girlfriend isn’t a fan of them so I decided to make some gigantic chocolate chip cookies.
Yes. I bake. Occaisionally. Go ahead and laugh. 
Anyway, I’m picky about chocolate chip cookies. I tend to not like most chocolate chip cookies (except Carol’s Cookies, of course!). So I set out on an online mission to find a good chocolate chip cookie recipe. I decided on this recipe from allrecipes.com and I am happy that I did. The cookies turned out GREAT! They’re big, rich, and delicious. Just enough crunch on the outside and just chewy enough on the inside. Eating one cookie is like eating a meal! These things are BIG!
